With a growing list of venues, we are known for helping our clients find the perfect venue match. After learning your preferences, we can envision and create an experience within the environment that takes guests out of everyday life and allows them to be fully present and enjoy themselves.

  • Once we have gathered information about your venue criteria, venue style, and the experience you are wanting to provide for your guests, we begin researching capacity, pricing and all other pertinent information in order to select the perfect venue for your wedding.

  • After the list has been narrowed down, we provide you with all information and walk you through the specifics

  • You will decide which venues to tour. As we tour, we will provide you with real-time and honest feedback, as it pertains to your wedding preferences

  • When the perfect venue is selected, we review the contract for you to then sign.

BUDGET CREATION & MANAGEMENT

Budgets can feel overwhelming, but we breakdown your budget into simple categories and manage the many invoices.

  • We assess your full budget alongside your preferences and create the broken down categories/vendors

  • After creating the suggested allotments for each category, we refer vetted vendors that fit within the respective budget

  • We create a full budget breakdown, in a shared document, for you to keep and refer to throughout the planning process

  • As vendors are booked we keep track of your payment schedule and send reminders when payments need to be made.

The timeline is the reference point for every individual that is involved with the wedding. At Bustle, we start drafting the timeline as soon as we are hired on and it is an ever evolving document as we design your wedding. When the timeline is finalized, it is a precise and exact resource for your day and events to run smoothly.

  • The timeline becomes part of the final design and production deck with all vendors and bridal parties’ contact information for easy access

  • We manage load in and load out of every vendor and every detail, down to the minute for the timeline to remain accurate

  • Each vendor receives a specified copy of the timeline, as it pertains to their specific duties, as well as a timeline for the day

  • Creation and implementation of a vendor production schedule, vendor contact sheet, bridal party timeline, processional and recessional order

  • We account for time of year and weather, as well as any rain/weather plans when creating your timeline

  • We manage and include your family list and specifications for family formals to run smoothly

  • We discuss preferences to custom build your wedding day (i.e. first look, attending cocktail hour, portraits at a separate location, needing to use the same space for two activities, etc.)

  • Guest management for them to know when and where they are supposed to be

TIMELINE CREATION & MANAGEMENT

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

On average, Bustle’s team spends between 400-550 hours planning and designing each and every wedding with our Full Service Package. We will completely manage your wedding and keep you organized throughout the planning process by providing the following:

  • Venue search and selection

  • Creation and management of tasks and deadlines leading up to your wedding day

  • Management of all vendor relations

  • Unlimited email and telephone correspondence, as well as in-person meetings with the bride and groom with your vendors

  • Schedule calls to go over the to-do list and answering any questions or concerns

  • Keeping an on-going, detailed master timeline with the bride and groom

  • Arranging all vendor day-of arrivals the week of the events, including confirmation of production schedules, contact info, directions and all information pertinent to vendors

  • Floor plan design to include placement of all tables, chairs, furniture, etc. for ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing

  • Managing venue team and attending site visits prior to the wedding on your behalf to take measurements, photos and meet with venue staff/vendors. Vendors will often attend one of these meeting to ensure everyone is on the same page

  • Monthly action plan for the couple

  • Attend in-person meetings prior to wedding, including site visits, food tastings, linen meetings, mock-up reviews, and ceremony rehearsal

  • Wedding design and aesthetic collaboration

  • Transportation and lodging accommodation blocks

  • Recommendations for dining and activities in the destination for guests to enjoy during times not during a wedding-related activity

  • Full guest management including but not limited to: RSVPs, meal selection, etc.

DESIGN PROCESS

We know that every couple is different and we celebrate the uniqueness. We take pride in our creative and personalized events; our designs are created just for you. This process includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Detailed conversations about your interests, style, and preferences. We will assist with the event design process to create a cohesive look and match you with the right vendors to ensure it all ties together.

  • Custom design packet and design meeting

  • Selecting and presenting rental options that fit the overall vision and aesthetic of the wedding

  • Personal sketch of reception space, tabletop, ceremony, cocktail hour and other installations when needed to visually explain design ideas

  • Designing, sourcing, and/or creating all wedding day details such as place cards, table numbers, seating board, etc.

  • Table mock ups with linens, tabletop options, florists and stationery

VENDOR MANAGEMENT

With our extensive vendor relationship all over the world, we pride ourself on connecting you to the best and brightest vendors in the industry to provide innovative and inspiring planning and design direction in any destination. All while ensuring all of the i’s are dotted and the t’s are crossed from a contract’s perspective.

  • Bustle will connect you with vendors that fit your personality, style, and budget

  • Obtain bids and contracts from perspective vendors

  • Vendor proposal negotiation to ensure they fit within your wedding needs and budget and contract review

  • Our design packet and vision will be shared with the vendors who will be involved with the design aspect of the wedding

WEDDING DAY INSTALLATION & MANAGEMENT

On your big day, Bustle will manage and oversee every aspect of your wedding including the installation of event design and décor related items, timing of vendor arrivals, as well as any of your personal needs. Our team will consist of at least 3-5 team members, depending on the scope of work and setup time allotment. We will ensure everything is set up the exact way discussed; we don’t put out fires, we prevent fires from starting. All linens will be pressed and each chair perfectly in its place.

Rest assured, every little detail will be handled by the Bustle team on the day of your wedding to ensure your dream event comes to life.

  • A minimum of three Bustle team members at your event

  • The Bustle team is the first to arrive on site and the last to leave

  • Facilitate ceremony and reception set up to include:

    • Distribution of final vendor payment and gratuities

    • Set up escort card table display, favors, guest book, menu and seating cards

    • Oversee that floor plan is being utilized

    • Guest list management

  • Manage all vendors and ensure everything is on schedule

PLANNING & MANAGEMENT OF ADDITIONAL EVENTS

To ensure a seamless and cohesive weekend for your guests, we plan other events in conjunction with your wedding day. The welcome events are a fun way to first gather all your guests in one place as they arrive for the weekend.

  • Location search for rehearsal dinner, welcome cocktail event and brunch.

  • Full Planning of auxiliary events including: rehearsal dinner, welcome cocktail event and brunch.

  • Vendor management for auxiliary events.

  • Timeline & budget creation and management for auxiliary events

  • On-Site production and strike.
